TOGA uses Airman AI to enhance the learning experience, including study recommendations, performance insights, and learning assistance.

- AI processing may involve trusted third-party AI providers
Airman AI is advisory only. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI does not replace official study materials, formal training, or professional guidance. Users must independently verify important information before relying on it for any aviation-related decision.
Data Sharing
We may share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) and analytics providers (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use data for the purposes we specify.

Data Retention
- Data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Upon account deletion, your data is retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion

Children & Age Policy

Limitation of Liability
Airman Aeronautics shall not be liable for:

- Decisions made based on AI-generated study insights
- Any actions taken in reliance on content provided through the platform
